This was such an awesome day to be a part of! These two have so much fun together, and it was delightful to watch them dancing and laughing the night away. Mele + Tyler – Healdsburg, CA

I first encountered Mele & Tyler while capturing the wedding day of some of their close friends last year. I remembered them from among all the guests that day partially because of the gusto with which they danced at the reception, which stood out and made for many memorable moments captured. I could see even from my glimpse at that wedding that they loved to celebrate and have fun, and I was so excited when they got in touch to let me know that they were getting married. I love it when my relationships with couples lead to new friendships and connections with their friends, and their friends’ friends! I get to meet so many wonderful people that way, and Mele & Tyler were no exception. Their kindness and hospitality made such an impression on me and the joyful abandon with which they approached their celebration was wonderful and so much fun to capture. It also didn’t hurt that they chose an absolutely gorgeous location up in the rolling hills of Sonoma County CA. These two share a very special bond and I hope you enjoy a few of my favorite moments from this delightful day! Enjoy!

Mia + Hagen – Married | Berkeley, CA

Perched in the hills high above Berkeley, CA sits the Lawrence Hall of Science, which has some of the most spectacular views of the Bay Area you’ll find. Mia & Hagen chose this spot for their wedding celebration, and it really added an extra level of beauty to a day that already had plenty of it. It’s always refreshing and fun to be around people who love to laugh, and as you’ll see Mia & Hagen shared laughter together so much throughout this day. It was so moving to hear their friends and family give testament to the joy they create around them and the ways that they are loved and admired. It was so much fun to document this day and to help them celebrate!
